  1. I am trying to find out if i have a past due balance from a previous address how o i access this info online?

  2. Does Waterloo give you a discount in the winter, if you leave your water running, so the pipes don’t freeze? I know some towns do. I have left my water running in my kitchen & bathroom 24/7, ever since it started getting frigid cold back on Dec 6th. I live in a mobile home court & several homes had their pipes frozen up. Just thought I would ask.

    Thank you,
    Jane Schmitt
