  1. I have been paying my bill(s) through MyCheckFree for years now, and suddnly, they have LOST all of my account info and have yet to answer any questions I have written them or give me a reason of any kind. I want to re-open my account with you and pay you directly, and be billed by you, online. BUT, to open a new account with you, I need to have my account number, which I cannot seem to get. I have not received a paper bill from you in years, MyCheckFree seems to have NONE of my account information any more, and cannot get into my account here without my account number. Name, address, password, SSN #, whatever, will not let me get into my account. to find out what my account # is. All I want to do is pay my bill.

  2. We are Jerry and Elizabeth. We have received a bank statement for April and a charge to Laclede/BillMatris St. Louis Mo. of 152.95 has appreared on our statement. We live in Henderson Ky. and have never ever has use of this company. We are going to our Bank on Monday to get to the bottom of this problem. Please give this matter consideration. The transaction shows Mar. 23rd 2012. From Ohio Valley Financial Group Henderson, Ky.42420 Thanks you

  3. I have payed my bill online with my debit card for years. Yesterday i attempted to pay my bill online, and received an error message that they were unable to complete the transaction, to try again later. I checked my bank account and found that the payment was in pending, but had been debited from my account. I called laclede to report the payment, they said that i had made three payments on the same account within 20 minutes all different amounts. I called bill matrix and they told me it was impossible to pay using my debit card, i informed them that i had paid with it for years, and that the payment had already been debited form my account, they were no help. I will call them again today to inform them that i will be disputing the charge and drawing my money back from them.

  4. Due to medical issues (Pancreatic Cancer and dialysis) I am behind in paying this last 6 weeks. I received a bill 7 days ago with the threat to cut off my gas today. A week ago, I paid what I had – $75 – and today called to work out a payment plan.

The heartless company refused and pledged to turn off my gas tomorrow 2) cannot get paperwork to me sooner than 48 hours to get medical signatures to verify my illnesses and senior status.

I’ve been in and out of the hospital more than one can imagine and they blamed me for not contacting them sooner. Three years ago I went to an agency to apply for utility support. Everyone in the office was black and I am not ~ never heard another word from them yet my medicaid assistant recently applied to get help for an account with a balance of $1600 on it (unpaid by her prison-housed boyfriend) and got her situation handled within a week.

    Where is the justice?
