  2. GCWW SUCKS!!! I used to be able to pay my bill online with ease now I have to jump through hoops for 30 mins just to find the old entry into the site so I can pay the bill without having to pay a fee. YOU SUCK!

  3. I need help paying my water bill are there any programs out there to help you pay your bill. It look like every three months, my water bill keep getting higher, I can not keep paying it I need help please.

  4. Why must a tenant first obtain permission from a landlord to obtain an extension to pay the water bill when Chapter 401 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code is silent on this topic, and by law, the tenant is in possession of the property. If the police raid my house and find dope, does the landlord get charged as the owner of the property or does the tenant? I would think the person in possession would be charged and not the landlord just because he or she owns the property. I’m waiting for an official response to that question since the CMC doesn’t answer it.
