  3. I and my husband are unable to pay our light bill on the 9 of march we have two young children and if anyone can find it in their heart ti help I will greatly appreciate it may god bless you and may god keep you and bless you double

  4. No CLECO did not help me when I needed them. A 300 dollar deposit for a disabled person. Like really?! I wish we could choose what company to use for electricity.

  5. CLECO doesn’t give a damn about anything but their almighty dollar. Every time I turn around they are stacking more and more charges or fees on my bill. They already have over $600.00 in deposits from me. I live on a fixed income and have had many health issues lately. What does CLECO offer if you ask? You can get ONE extension in time to pay your bill every 6 months. No more. And then only if you contact them after the due date but before they shut it off. And if they shut it off (flip a switch downtown these days) they charge you an additional $35.00 to get it turned back on! You can cry, plead and beg all you want, these people aren’t going to help you. Try panhandling for the money. You will receive it much faster that way.

  6. Can I get a extension on my bill for the 8/07/2015 can’t pay until the 8/11/2015 please school starts 8/5/2015 and I have 4 kids going and can’t afford all the clothes and shoes and supplies.
