  1. at moment away in Rhodes before leaving we arranged to change my monthly payments from 84 pounds to 50 pounds which you did but this month you took 84 pounds out,away for at least six month,please can you make this right has no gas is being used thanks

I received my electric bill two weeks ago and because it was quite a large amount double what it use to be I phoned british gas and made arangements to pay the bill in full on 28/2/2014 because of the amount and being on disability payments I have to put two payments tighter which is payed to me fortnightly this was arranged as soon as I received the bill I have just had a phone call from british gas today demanding I pay something today ime disabled and housebound but that dosent seem to matter all british gas want is there money account no850042811117 discusting

    • Tried contacting BG several times even tonight held in a Queue for over half an hour then the line was dead due to it being 5 pm.BG are one of the most uncaring companies you can deal with its all about money with them first to hike up prices last to bring them down.One thing that annoys me I phoned them to say I was moving they continued to send mail to my old address now have the letters first 2 says my outstanding bill is 0 the last one sent by them says I now owe 87.07 pence .How nice it would be to talk to a human.

  4. on Wednesday the 3rd August 2014 with regards to my gas bill which stands at 109 in debt I arranged a new monthly payment scheme of 44 pounds a month starting on 1st October.since speaking to your advisors ive had a dissconection order,im in credit on my electric bill which is with british gas by 179.00 so can you transfer 109.00 over to the gas and clear the debt thank you.

Have tried to contact BG regarding letters I am receiving for the previous owner, this is debt collection agency and I have tried to advise that Mrs Lynn Rankin no longer stays at this address, cannot get through on phone tried 7 times, emailed with no success, I then contacted BG as I do not want my address getting bad credit, the agent I spoke to did not appear to understand my frustrations and I,asked to speak to a Manager, agent has left me holding, this is not customer care it is diabolical.

I contacted BG again and finally got through to someone who could deal with my problem, the situation is now being dealt with to my satisfaction thanks to a lady called Kerrie, who is very obviously great at her job, found Kerrie to be helpful, understanding and very pleasant, BG will contact me in the near future, everything goes quite smoothly when you manage to get someone who knows what she is doing, take heed BG.   8. I have been trying to get through to brit gas all day without success and for some reason will not even accept my e mail password that I have had for a number of years.
    I wish to cancel the engineers annual visit next tues 29 nov 8-1300hours due to an urgent doctors visit and wish to make an alternative appointment. Can you help please?
