  1. I can’t make the full payment on my bill and would love to work something out so I am not getting the late payment charge each month. Could someone please contact me so I can make payment arrangements? I just lost my job, but my wife works, so we should be able to make arrangements. Thanks!

  2. I cannot pay my entire bill. i can only pay $50-60 a month. i don’t know what to do with added late fees making things worse. i am a senior citizen on a fixed income. is there any help available?

  3. I have been buying gas from Amerigas 40+ years and I live in Hot Springs, Va. I am now trying to pay my bill of 1094.47 due March 27, 2014. I went to one section to pay by my credit card and it would not let me pay if it was over 599.00. So I tried to pay it in two payments. the first I was making for 594.47 and the second one, I was going to pay the balance due of 500.00. I filled out all of the information needed for the pyt., using my visa card, giving the no. etc. and then it said at the last, the charge would be as they were showing 29.00+. I do not remember the exact amount.. Then it said please CONFIRM. I turned the computer off without confirming.
After all of these years of service, I would like to know if I am a registered customer of do I need to register somehow, and if so will I be able go pay the full amt. of 1094.47 on my credit card and without an additional charge. Please let me know right away. Cecil
